Plenty to enjoy from Friday night as Everton came from behind to beat Coventry City 3-1 at Hill Dickinson Stadium, even if ToffeeWeb felt the scoreline flattered the Blues given the overall performance (ToffeeWeb). The result means Everton have now won three matches in a row and climbed up to fifth in the Premier League (Read Everton).
Thierno Barry was the star of the show, scoring twice and setting up another, and he's since revealed he studies Erling Haaland's game as he looks to challenge the Manchester City man for the Golden Boot, saying "I'm a fan of him" (Read Everton). The Liverpool Echo note that the national media picked up on the same point about Barry in their coverage of the win, alongside a message sent to David Moyes from the Friedkin Group (Liverpool Echo). Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall also got on the scoresheet in the comeback victory, and the 28-year-old says being left out of the latest England squad has only fuelled him, insisting "I'm never going to give up" on earning a senior call-up (Read Everton). BBC Sport carried reaction from an Everton fan who felt Dewsbury-Hall should already have been selected by Thomas Tuchel (BBC Sport).

On the team news front, Jack Grealish is back in training at Finch Farm after his recent disciplinary absence, working his way back towards Moyes' first-team plans (Read Everton).
